As a woman and experienced new car buyer (every 3 years) dealing with the salesman and manager was not pleasant…it was the typical painful game of haggling/lying/bait switch/etc. most dealers play. I went in with my mother to buy her a new Envision…We were told several times “that is our best price”…so I had to play the game with them for a couple weeks…waste of time. Plus, they tried to undercut the value of our trade in by half…despite me doing the research online…then after we see them selling it online for twice what they said “we could only sell it for this much”…LIES! We finally got to the price I wanted…after I did all the work for rebates, discounts, etc. (after pushing the staff) Then the final straw was us going in to pick up the car, still excited, but the car was not prepped…just lightly washed. It still had dirt in every seam from the carrier trip, grim all over the glass roof, residue from adhesive, and plastic film on gauges/lights. We complained and got nothing. Really disappointing experience…would not recommend. No follow-up on our experience…nothing from dealer or Buick. Only positive was person in finance was very pleasant and got us out quickly. I guess paying in cash helps…haha But…then we never received our title in the mail. When I called to have them help and order a new one they just gave us a phone number to call SOS on our own…UGH! (Remember we are paying for this)

Walked into the dealership to buy a $60,000 pick up truck told him I had my own financing in place they wanted to run my credit to see if I could get a better rate. I told them they could run it twice but was sure I was going to use my own anyway they run my credit 11 times then when I told him I was going to use my own financing. They raise the price on the truck. I had made a deal on. And then, when I refuse to buy their warranty, they lowered the price on my trade-in. Needless to say I did not buy their truck. I will never do business with these people. Nothing but crooks

He was very thorough in his work, answering my questions with detailed descriptions, explaining the paperwork, providing opportunities to look at multiple vehicles, going over each function and feature… everything you’d look for when buying your first brand new vehicle. He was flexible and communicative with me as well as genuine, and professional. I felt he went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of and confident in my purchase.

My husband and I were undecided whether to finance a truck, lease a truck etc. We worked with Johny Flores and he went above and beyond helping us. The experience was much better than we were expecting as we normally purchase vehicles from private owners. Johny was knowledgeable and patient with all of our concerns.
